Select city:

Walk - Go for a walk to find new cities. But beware: you might be walking in the tall grass!
Catch - Go into the tall grass to catch Pokémon.
PokeDex - See how many Pokémon you already catched.
PokeCenter - Heal your Pokémon back to 100%.
Fly - Go to other cities you already discovered when you have caught a Starly!

fight - Fight until one of the Pokémon gets defeated!
run - Try to run away from the fight.
catch - Try to catch the Pokémon.

NOTE: The standard commands are NOT case-sensitive, so RuN works the same as ruN. The fight commands ARE case-sensitive, so it has got to be like I wrote it down.
