Ironman

Anthony Edward "Tony" Stark is a characterportrayed by Robert Downey Jr. in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film franchise, based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name and known commonly by his alter ego, Iron Man. In the films, Tony Stark, anindustrialist, genius inventor, and consummate playboy, who is CEO of Stark Industries and, at the beginning of the series, a chief weapons manufacturer for the U.S. military. Stark has a change of heart, and redirects his technical knowledge into the creation of powered exoskeleton suits of armor which he uses to defend against those that would threaten peace around the world. As of 2018, the character is one of the central figures of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, having appeared in nine films of the series (including a brief cameo in The incredible hulk). In 2015, the evolution of the character over the series was described as "the defining arc of the Marvel Cinematic Universe".

Captain America

Captain America is a fictional characterappearing in American comic bookspublished by Marvel Comics. Created bycartoonists Joe Simon and Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in Captain America Comics #1 (cover dated March 1941) fromTimely Comics, a predecessor of Marvel Comics. Captain America was designed as apatriotic supersoldier who often fought theAxis powers of World War II and was Timely Comics' most popular character during the wartime period. The popularity of superheroes waned following the war and the Captain America comic book was discontinued in 1950, with a short-lived revival in 1953. Since Marvel Comics revived the character in 1964, Captain America has remained in publication.

Spiderman

Spider-Man is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by writer-editor Stan Lee and writer-artist Steve Ditko, and first appeared in the anthology comic book Amazing Fantasy #15 (August 1962) in the Silver Age of Comic Books. The character is conceived as an orphan within the Marvel Universe named Peter Parker being raised by his Aunt May and Uncle Ben in New York Cityafter his parents Richard and Mary Parkerwere killed in a plane crash. Lee and Ditko depicted the character as having to deal with the normal struggles of adolescence and financial issues with a large array ofsupporting characters such as J. Jonah Jameson, Daily Bugle editor and smear campaigner of Spider-Man and classmates such as Flash Thompson, Harry Osborn andromantic interests, Gwen Stacy and Mary Jane Watson. His origin story depicts him as being bitten by a radioactive spider and thus acquiring spider-related power and abilities, such as the ability to cling to most surfaces, shoot spider-webs using wrist-mounted devices of his own invention, which he calls "web-shooters", and react to danger quickly with his "spider-sense", enabling him to combat his many superpowered foes, such asDoctor Octopus, Green Goblin and Venom. Also within the origin story, Spider-Man originally uses this power for stardom, but after letting a burglar escape who is responsible for shooting his uncle, he learns to use his power responsibly.

Thor

Thor is a fictional superhero appearing inAmerican comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character, based on the Norse deity of the same name, is the Asgardian god of thunder and possesses the enchanted hammer Mjolnir, which grants him the ability to fly and manipulate weather amongst hisother superhuman attributes.

Black Panther

Black Panther is a fictional superheroappearing in American comic bookspublished by Marvel Comics. The character was created by writer-editor Stan Lee and writer-artist Jack Kirby, first appearing inFantastic Four #52 (cover-dated July 1966) in the Silver Age of Comic Books. Black Panther's real name is T'Challa, king and protector of the fictional African nation ofWakanda. Along with possessing enhanced abilities achieved through ancient Wakandan rituals of drinking the essence of the heart-shaped herb, T'Challa also relies on his proficiency in science, rigorous physical training, hand-to-hand combat skills, and access to wealth and advanced Wakandan technology to combat his enemies

The Hulk

The Hulk is a fictional superhero appearing inAmerican comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Stan Lee and artistJack Kirby, the character first appeared in the debut issue of The Incredible Hulk (May 1962). In his comic book appearances, the character is both the Hulk, a green-skinned, hulking and muscular humanoid possessing a vast degree of physical strength, and his alter ego Bruce Banner, a physically weak, socially withdrawn, and emotionally reserved physicist, the two existing as independent personalities and resenting of the other.
