Hare and Tortoise

Once, a hare saw a tortoise walking slowly with a heavy shell on his back. The hare was very proud of himself and he asked the tortoise “Shall we have a race?" The tortoise agreed. And so the race began. The hare ran very fast and the tortoise walked very slowly. Half way across the race, the proud hare thought that the slow tortoise must be far behind so he rested under a tree and soon slept off. But the tortoise slowly and steadily kept walking and reached the goal. The hare woke up too late to realize that the tortoise had already reached the finish. At last, the tortoise won the race.

MORAL: Slow and Steady wins the race :)
