About Me

Hello friends! I'm Guy. Coding has changed my world...well, I don't want to post the same standard paragraph copied from SoloLearn. But my world has changed, I was recently hired in a QA position mostly for manual testing, so I'm working with developers to create a great mobile app. But without any previous software testing, coding/development training, or experience, I found myself not understanding over half of the conversation.

I felt that I needed to learn about coding and other aspects of development to understand what is going on around me. So to get started I searched the app store and found SoloLearn! This site has been great allowing me to learn at my own pace, and the Community has welcomed me with open arms! I am a former automotive mechanic of 25 years, so yes I'm an old dog trying to learn new tricks!
