What is this?

Here are some of the most imporant links of the internet! I put them in a navbar so that you can find them better. Now you might be asking yourself: why would someone do this? Well, I am currently learning JavaScript and I thought it would be cool to make a small website that gives you a few links inside a navbar. My main focus of this little project was the navbar ITSELF. I wanted to make one that goes away when you scroll, so I decided to make a new Sololearn code and give you insight of HOW I did it!

Why are these links important?

Wikipedia

Wikipedia is one of the biggest online knowledge centers of the internet. In here you can find thousends of articles about anything that crosses your mind. From historic events over people all the way to famous incidents and data. But please be careful: these articles have been written by (usually) normal people, meaning that some of the information might be wrong and most of it (especially the political aspect of the site) is biased. Nonetheless, Wikipedia remains a huge source of information.

Youtube

Youtube is one of the worlds' most popular websites. In here you will be able to find videos and streams of almost all kinds of aspects of life, education and entertainment. There are A LOT of Youtube channels that deliver educational videos FOR FREE. Use this to your advantage!

Twitter

Arguably the most popular social media platform currently used by MILLIONS of people, Twitter is an important social media network where users can post news, and TWEETS talking about stuff. It's biggest competitors are Facebook and VK.

Netflix

The worlds' most popular movie service! Take some time off and watch cool action series, romantic movies or comedy bits! Be careful that is doesn't cosume a lot of your time though!

Why does this website look so simple?

I didn't have enough time to focus on the design of the website. The most important thing is the animated Navbar at the top of the site that dissapears when you scroll down!
