Tips To Proctecting Your Code

Now, There are so many people using Sololearn to be famous, I don't blame them, I want to be famous too! BUT they use short cut to be famous. One of the shortcut is copy-paste people's code...

Add Secret Features

This trick is the one I use, you just have to place a secret input/password to your code.
Example:

var p=prompt("What is your name?")
if (p == "aa12g173jabz") {alert("Owner Of This Code Is Jingga Sona")}
else {alert("Hello! Nice To Meet You "+p+"!")}

Try It Yourself
As you can see, if you put "aa12g173jabz", the alert will show the real owner.
Tips: The copy paster may will find your password and change it, so you have to hide it somewhere.

Add Time Stamp

This trick is by BroFarOps
By clicking THIS LINK you will proceed to a code that will give you a Time Stamp
Time Stamp will be useful if you post a code and someone copies your code. If you put your TimeStamp there, they will investigate the timestamp to know which code is the original one... even if they copy your timestamp...

Add special CLASS/ID to your code

Special Class will be a "proof" to mods/someone. If your code stolen, you can show mods about the class
Don't add your username to class! If you do that, the copy paster will find that easily.
Example:

If you put your name like that... the copy-paster will be hard to erase all your credits... because s/he wouldn't notice the class if the range is long...

Put A Trap

This is very useful! This idea by Oma Falk. Here it goes.
If the copy-paster find your credits... they will delete it... sooooo..... we can make a trap THAT if the copy-paster delete the code... it will throw a proof!
Example:

As you can see... if the copy-paster delete the credit comment... it will show "Code Is Copied"
