Coding languages to learn.

P.S : you can learn coding language in any order the order I'm' showing is based on syntax, softwares required and depth of the language.

To write HTMl code you can use regular notepad or notepad++

publish your website

To publishing website you should use hosting service like GoDaddy or any other to publish your website without extrea work. you can do it yourself but will have to configurate server and other things which require proper setups and time.

when publish website you will need to buy domain name for your site.

there are free hosting service availabe as well as free domains name services
