[Tips] How to write a question?

in this code I'll link tips and I'll speak about 'How to write a good question?'.
I just wanna give a little guide :)

In general...

...try to write your question very clear and try to write it in a clear English (if you don't know it well use a translator for a grammar check.)

Rules and guidelines

Here the rules and most important guidelines:

Make sure your question qualifies:
- Content Creations Guidelines
- Community Guidelines
- Maxime the chance to get answers
- 8 simple rules to get help
- Check this before posting.

Syntax

- TITLE: Post only some words or max. 1-2 sentence in the title, don't post there the description, only a short title, containing the topics or in short describing your problem.

Example: I've some doubts about how to fetch data from the SoloLearn API.

- TAGS: for maximize the change to get answers add tags in every question; you should add KEYWORDS (the language, the topics, fields,...).
⚠ NOTE: DON'T add OFFTOPIC TAGS, DON'T PUT LINKS or EMOJIS and don't add TOO MANY tags!
Example: language topic problem field extra-info

- DESCRIPTION: for the description, use an understandable grammar and syntax. Try to point out your problem/s and to point out where you need help.

TIP: Don't forget to add some breakpoints to make your question more readable.
Example: [...] I'm trying to understand why the output of this code 'true' is... [...]
Could anyone please explain me the line n.10 of this code where I'm in stuck/don't understand? [...] Thanks.

- LINKS & CODES: don't put your piece of code in the description (it's difficult to understand and you'll not be able to post a long code because of the character limit), link it with a code playground (if possible SoloLearn version). Remember always to add if necessary an attempt!
