About HTML

Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is the standard markup language for creating web pages and web applications. With Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript, you can make profesional web site.

Web browsers receive HTML documents from a web server or from local storage and render the documents into multimedia web pages. HTML describes the structure of a web page.

In HTML we use tags,each tag need to be inside less then (<) and greater then (>) sign, here is some HTML basic structure.

<html>
    <head>
        <title>Page title</title>
    </head>
    <body>
    </body>
</html>

About each basic tag:

!DOCTYPE html
html tag
head tag
title tag
body tag

!DOCTYPE html

This declare that html5 is used.

HTML tag

Html is root of html code, this tag need to have closing tag </html>

Head tag

In head tag we input some important code, this code is not visible by user, some of them is <title>, <meta>, <style>, and many more.Like html tag and head tag need to have closing tag </head>

Title tag

Title tag is used to give our page some title, this help search engine to easy find our web page, This is visible in browser tab.And title tag need to have closing tag </title>

Body tag

Each visiable element on web page is written inside body tag.
