Thoughts:

This genetic-algoritm here trys it's best to find a path towards the dark-blue dot at the top.

Every Creature in the programm has a DNA which tells it to move forward backward or wait.(Check out the Code for more detail). The programm goes through the DNA once and in the end all Creatures get Ranked by their distants to the dark-blue dot. The next generation picks it's DNA from the previous generation.

The green dot is the currently best Creature from all previous generations.

(To make the programm fast the distance from the creature to the dark-blue dot is measured only at the end of a generation. This means they have to hit the dark-blue dot at the end of their "life"; that makes it even more Interesting, because they have to "waste" some time to hit it exactly in the end)

Use the slidebars to ajust some of the constant values.
