This is a short code to say thank you to all the fellow Sololearners with whom I've been interacting on the way to level 17.

Rough Schedule

To reach level 17 took me 400+ days. Coding from time to time has been a constant part of the journey and I managed to get one Code of the Day (Bonus Comparator) and one Wow Code (Tornado). Some of my codes can be seen in the next pages by sliding to the left or right.

The first 3 months or so I did all the languages courses and got the certificates.

The next 3 months have been to round up the SoloLearn skills profile and make it well balanced...

The last 7 months went passed challenging to increase the Experience Points.

Future Plan

There are still loads of bugs and improvements concerning my codes, so the plan is to clean up my playground and improve my codes.

I'll probably reduce Challenging, but still continue at a lower pace to satisfy my megalomaniac inclination to have as many XPs as number two, three and four combined in my country. :-)

Tornado

Draw on an around the vertical axis spinning surface.

Draw in 3d space and when drawing the space starts getting momentum in the drawing direction. There are several options which can be selected in the menu.

Dimensional Mapping

Draw on a 2-axis rotating surface.

Draw on a rotating surface and when drawing the surface starts rotating more and more in the drawing direction.

Note: That code is still a work in progress and the mapping does not work, so it gets pretty fast pretty messy. Any fixing suggestions are welcome!

Gravity Stuff

Water hose simulation.

Your finger acts as a water hose. The water existing the hose falls according to gravity.

Note: This code was supposed to use the mobile phone motion and position detection, but it does not work on SoloLearn for4 some reason. Any suggestions are welcome!

Electromagnetic Wave

Animated electromagnetic 3-d wave. Modified version.

Animates an electromagnetic wave in 3-d space. Different option are available, like phase shift, fill waves, draw balls...

How the wave looks has been changed and might not have a lot anymore to do with reality.

Multiply Me Modified

Self-multiplying Sololearn code.

Multiply Me Modified can copy itself (after you click on a button) into your SoloLearn playground and add a history of the previous "owners".

I know that that code looks a little bit like a virus, so I checked with SoloLearn if it is Ok for them if I make it public. Anyway, it was supposed to spread itself around the SoloLearn playgrounds, but it didn't happen at all for some reason... :-)

Austrian Flag

Simple rotating Austrian flag.

Simple rotating Austrian flag. Can be collapsed by clicking on the Close button. The main purpose of this code is just to have done SVG stuff.

Short code to say thank you to all involved people for reaching the platinum level.

Fullscreen Web Codes

Downloads a SoloLearn code as HTML file so that it can be run in the browser.

The fullscreen capability makes most sense when a code needs a wide window and the Sololearn Output window is not enough. That means also that this it makes more sense to use it when codes are supposed to be run on the PC and not in the mobile app, because the Output window uses already the whole width.

The basic functions are...

Open in default browser when in app.
Download HTML file when in SoloLearn in you PC browser.
Combine HTML, CSS and JavaScript into one file.

Below are some examples from Rull Deef. The original code has been written by Rull without any modification from my side. I just added the full screen capability.

Bonus Comparator

Compare two codes (Bonus) side by side.

The Bonus program has been written in different languages, so that they can be compared to each other.

The functionality of codes in the SameSame section is exactly the same. In the Different section it is different and codes cannot be compared really. Codes in the External section cannot be executed on SoloLearn.

Bonus Code

Just a simple code calculating the SoloLearn streak bonus after a certain amount of days. It has been implemented in most languages supported by SoloLean and so far I think only C is missing because C has been added to SoloLearn after the Bonus codes have been written.

Movie File Merger supports the selective combination of video collections, movies, series, or documentaries.

This is an 'advertising' page with the purpose to show the free technologies used for my open source project in action... Movie File Merger.

Movie File Merger points out bad names of movies, documentaries, or episodes so that they can be renamed with specialized renaming apps. Unrelated files can be moved to the recycle bin. Videos can be sucked out of sub-folders and moved to the according folders.
