Best sources to learn Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

The following sources (Websites | Apps), will get help you learn web development. With tutorials, exrcise, example, demo... these websites or Apps will get you started on Web development and help you advance. Also the following sources have more than just Web Development; Some of the following sources have computer programming lessons too.

For learning

Sololearn
Sololearn will get you started on the basic parts of Web Developmemt with tutorials, lessons, examples and other exercises. When you have questions about something (coding related), you will usually get an answer within the next minutes or hours. It's a a great community with great connection.
W3school
On W3school you can learn about any programming language - with demo, exercises, and examples. It's one of the top coding websites. This website will help you understand Web Development (Computer programming languages too) with tutorials, examples, demos, and other exercises to help you understand.
Stack over flow
Stack overflow is usually one of the top websites you'll find when you look up something (coding related) on the web. I think you can ask questions, then it will get answered somehow - I haven't tried posting questions on Stackoverflow. But it's a good website to ask questions about coding.
CSS-Tricks
This website is more about articles, snippets, and videos about web design and development. Usually when I search how to do something with CSS, this website ranks on the top. So it's mostly about CSS, but it's not limted to CSS, it includes all web dev languages (HTML, CSS, JS).

For editing your codes (web)

JSAnywhere (app)
Even though it says "JSAnywhere", it's not only for JavaScript, it's actually for HTML, CSS, and JS - All. You can use this App anywhere you go _ meaning offline too - you can still code and it automatically saves your code. Simple to use.
This is the App I usually for coding when I'm offline - camping.
Rep.it
This website is one of the best Code editor websites I know; not only for Web, but for all programming languages too. You can collaborate with friends and work on the same code. Really good website to make / edit your code. You can even make your website (the code you make) public so the world can see it, or you can keep it private where only people that you share the link to the website to can see it.
HTML Editor (app)
This App has the ability to make multiplage website. You can upload pictures to use for your website. Yes, it's avilable offline too. The only drawback about this one is it's kind of messy, the creators of the website didn't take enough time to make it look good and organized.
Koder (app)
Koder is a good App for making multipage website, or single page website. It has good editing options, including to be able to impoet pictures from your local device. Some related Apps related to this App: Code Master, HTML Master, WebCoder
Sololearn
Sololearn is not really for multipage websites. And it has limits when it comes to importing pictures from your local device. The think I like about it is it's so easy, clean, and simple to use. It's not like those messy websites.
W3school
W3school is a good code editor for making responsive website. It's not really meant to be aultipage web editor, but for a single page, it's really easy and simple to use. I sometimes when i want to make sure my code is responsive, i copy and paste it on W3school, then there's the bar i can drag narrower or wider, it tells me the width and the height.

In the list above, if it doesn't say "(app) next to it, it means it's a website, So I recommend you look at the Webaites on a desktop for a better experience.

Conclusion

This is all based on my opinion and my experience. I've tried all of those Apps and Websites that I listed above. You can use all of those Apps / Websites I listed above to learn Web development and to edit your web codes.
