WebAssembly example

WebAssembly is a low level language for compiling Rust, Go, C and others to the web. Here we write a simple WASM program. For compiling a platform to WASM you need Emscripten for C++, env variables for Go and wasm-pack for Rust

For simplicity we'll be using a compiled module represented as typed array.
