SoloLearners,

Please remember that SoloLearn has a primary function. The app's purpose is aimed at providing whatever it can in order to help users learn new material. One of the most notable features in regards to this would be the courses. The courses consist of several things, with one of these being a section within each slide for user-comments, just in case someone doesn't understand something or would like to provide their own way of sharing the knowledge.

UNFORTUNATELY, some users have been known to dismiss learning altogether and post ONLY the answers in the comment-sections, which annoys other users. It would be a different story if someone were to note the answer, and provide detailed reasons for why it's the answer. However, comments with nothing other than an answer are seen as SPAM. These kinds of comments plague the courses on SoloLearn, and it's unacceptable.

The moderators have been cleaning up the courses' comment-sections for a LONG time, but we never seem to get anywhere due to the vast amount of these spammy answer-comments. Some users actually dedicate their time to doing this, in pursuit of upvotes and badges! I believe that this is one of the reasons that we continue to struggle with cleaning.

SO, if there is ever a time that you witness a user continuously commenting answers to the courses, I ask that you think about the moderators and what we've been trying to do. Contact one of us, so we can contact the user and ask that he/she stop posting ONLY answers to the course-comments. If you know of any users who have done this recently, let us know, so we may address the issue. If YOU have done this, realize that your spam will be removed at some point, unless you do the honorable thing and either edit your answers to contain useful information, or remove them yourself. We must work together to make SoloLearn a better, and more enjoyable place to learn - because learning is what SoloLearn aims to make easier
for all of us.
