< head>:here written anything not shown in page
< title>: for website title
< body>:your physical page start here everything inside affects with page
works

every tag comes with closing tag like < strong> :for opening tag
< /strong>:for closing tag
and some are not then they specified further.

< h3> heading tag is used above(here < h1>.....< h6> tag are used to make heading and they are in decreasing priority)

used < p>for paragraph.

< br/> used for
line break.this tag comes with self close or self exit tag.

< b> : for bold
< u> for underline
< i>:italic

this regular text

< big> big text

< small> for small

< sub> :_subscripted text

< sup> :^{superscripted} text

< ins>: inserted text

< del>: ~~deleted~~text

HEADING

< h1>: for heading 1

< h2>: for heading 2

< h3>: for heading 3

< h4>: for heading 4

< h5>: for heading 5

< h6>: for heading 6

< hr/>:for horizontal line

tag< span>:for editing with css

< p id="name_of_id">( here id is inline in paragraph tag which is used in css to modify that para)

< p class="name_of_class"> : same as id but same id is used for once but class may used many times

Adding a Image

If you want to add a caption to your image use this form

< figure> < img src="http://www.sololearn.com/images/tree.jpg" alt="loading"> < figcaption> < cite>The Scream< /cite> by *** < /figcaption> < /figure>

where < cite> represents the title of the image (painting in this example). < figure> usually represents an illustration and it's caption (figcaption).

img:denoting image
src:location or website
alt:alternative text like browser not supported od loading or image information
height:for define height of image
width:define width

Note: you can define height and width of any image or video or you can do this by css that you learn later

< img src="file:///path" /> you can use that to show an image from your own device.

Use of "alt" in every case

Note .jpg is changed to .jp to shows effect of "alt".
