A Simple Question

When I wrote this question:

1. I had a general idea of what a description list is: 1.1 Then I came across these 2 quiz questions; 1.2 So I decided to post a simple question

Not to point out the obvious but I kinda f***ed up, on the simple part:

The Question!

Question, regarding these 2 quiz questions:

Is the reason Q1's correct answer is <dt> and not <dd> because <dd> describes <dl> instead of defining <dl>?

Short answer:

Q1 & Q2 should either reword the question &/OR inlude <dt> & <dd> as the correct answers.

Both <dt> and <dd> are correct for Q1 & Q2 in it's current wording.

The <dd> tag is used to describe a term/name in a description list.

The <dd> tag is used in conjunction with <dl> (defines a description list) and <dt> (defines terms/names).

Inside a <dd> tag you can put paragraphs, line breaks, images, links, lists, etc.

Background:

So origionally I was going to post a simple question about how those 2 quiz questions were written and answered in the QA section (it really is simple). But I realized it would be hard to explain these two questions without pics. I then set out to make this simple page to display and ask WTF was up with the inconsistent questions! However my ADHD kicked in hardcore and I started looking into these questions.
I havn't made a webpage since the Pokémon cartoon came out in the US. The website was a kind of pokédex for the show and I had about 5 frames in my homepage. I'm kinda out of date with HTML.
So this simple question turned into me playing with HTML and CSS.
This is all pretty much new to me now. And like always, any comments and suggestions are welcome!

Conclusion:

Q1:i "Which tag defines terms/names in a description list (<dl>)?"
Answer:<dt>
Q2: "Which of the following is used to describe a term/name in discription list?"
Answer:<dd>

The wording implies there is only one answer that can define terms/names in a <dl>. Which I believe is not true. <dd> defines <dt> which then defines <dl>.

dl is a group of dt, dt is a group of dd, either way dt and dd describe/define a dl

Solution (if I'm right):

Remove Q1 & Q2
Reword Q1 & Q2 to make their single answer question correct
Make Q1 & Q2's answers include both <dt> & <dd>
Until 1, 2 or 3 happens remember to wrongly answer Q1 & Q2 with the wrong answer

Solution (if I'm wrong):

~~Make a hypnotic swirly thing with cavas to make peeps forget this~~
~~Eat ice cream~~
~~Cry~~
Say oops my bad!

Things I can take away from this learning experience:

*I still don't get y these questions exist
*ADhD is strong in this one: Pro at make things complex
*Oh & some stuffs about HTML, CSS & <dl>
