How to be selected to be a mod

Moderatorship is no fun job, 
you are here to help maintain order.
Currently there are 3 levels of 
moderatorship:

Silver Moderator: You have 
been selected to help keep
the community safe. You will be choosen through a secretive process
(which mods do not want to reveal)
based on a lot of opinions.
Gold Moderator: You have
been a very good moderator,
so you have been entrusted
with more powers. Use them
and keep the community safe.
Platinum Moderator: You are 
a veteran in moderating the 
community. You have to lead
not only the community, but
fellow moderators as well.
