Nigerian Dishes.

I am a Nigerian and i will like to introduce you to some of Nigerian dishes.Lets start with the Rice.

1. The Rice

The jollof rice.

The jollof rice is a very popular Nigerian dish eaten by almost all (if not all) Nigerians. It is easy to prepare and takes different method and ingredients based on the taste of the person.

The white rice and tomato stew

The white rice and tomato stew is also a very popular dish in Nigeria. It is eaten by many Nigerians and it is cooked by different methods amd ingredients. You can also use vegetable stew to eat the white rice.

The fried rice

The fried rice is eaten by many Nigerians but it is cooked mainly on special occassions. It has different methods of cooking but the same ingredients.

2. The local dishes

The Amala and Edikiakong soup

The Amala and Edikiakong soup is eaten by mostly the Calaba and Yoruba people in Nigeria. It is a delicacy with a great taste and good nutrients. It makes up a man's day.

The Eba and Egusi soup

The Eba and egusi soup is a very easy meal to make. It is eaten by many Nigerians especially the Igbos. It is very delicious.

The Ogbono soup

The Obgono also called the draw soup is a very delicuous soup. It can be eaten with any swallow like Eba, Tuwo, Amala and others. It is mainly eaten by the Igbos.
