Prepare If you already have Photoshop CS6 or CC on your PC, pass this step

Download Adobe Photoshop CS6 or CC (search on Google)

Install it

Step If you have knew how to use photoshop, go to step 7 Tap image to open full size

Open Photoshop app
All of step below is showed in video below

Create a new file:
Tap 'File' on top left (no. 1)
Choose 'New' or simply press ctrl+N (no. 2)

Set canvas size

Create a new layer (see image below)
tap 'new layer' button (no. 4)

Draw:
Select the new layer (no. 5)
Choose 'brush'/'pencil' button (no. 6)
Draw something in canvas (no. 7)

Repeat step 4 - 5 (see image below)

Open Timeline window
Tap 'Window' (no. 9)
Select 'Timeline' (no. 10)

A timeline window append on bottom (no. 11)
Tap others option on top right of timeline window (no. 12)
Choose 'Make Frames From Layers' (no. 13)

Delete unnecessary frames:
Select frames and delete (no. 14)

Select time per frame (no. 15)

Make GIF file:
Tap 'File' on top left (no. 16)
Choose 'Save for Web' or simply press alt+shift+ctrl+S (no. 17)

If you don't want to change anything, just tap 'Save' (no. 18)

Move it to your mobile phone
