This only supports radices between 2 and 62. The reason for that is because a radix below 2 is not possible, and there are only so many letters of the alphabet to accommodate the possible digits of a certain base. Base 62 uses all the digits 0-9, the capital letters A-Z, and the lowercase letters a-z. Besides, practically speaking, I'm not sure if you'll ever need a base above 16 anyway.

The first version of this only worked with bases 2, 8, and 16 because the conversion function was incredibly stupid. This new version allows a much wider range of bases to work with, thanks to a new technique I thought of that isn't awful. Seriously, just look at it - it's delicious. :3
