Installation of Django Framework

Hello Everyone,
Sorry for the late post. Due to exam schedule I was not able to create this posts.
Now without wasting any time let's move on to the installation of Django Framework.

1) For Linux Operating System:

Installation django on linux operating system is quite easy. Just follow the steps given below:
As django is python based web framework, we first need to install python in our machine.

Open the terminal.
Type command "sudo apt update"
After updation type "sudo apt install python3.7"(This will install python in your machine.)
Now type "python3.7 --version". If the output is "Python 3.7.x", you have succesfully installed python.

Next, let’s install pip from the Ubuntu repositories:

Open the terminal.
Type command "sudo apt install python3-pip"
What is pip??
Ans: The pip(performance improvement plan) command is a tool for installing and managing Python packages, such as those found in the Python Package Index. It's a replacement for easy_install. PIP Installation Installing PIP is easy and if you're running Linux, its usually already installed.
Once pip is installed, you can use it to install the venv package: "pip3 install virtualenv"
What is venv??
Ans: virtualenv is a tool to create isolated Python environments. virtualenv creates a folder which contains all the necessary executables to use the packages that a Python project would need.
Suppose for example, If you are working currently with XYZ package version 1 and in future if you want to use this project with the same package then you can easily use it as all previous version was stored in this isolated virtualenv.
Now make directory "mkdir ~/newproject" and then move to this directory "cd ~/newproject"
Here is the important step for creating a virtual environment. Type "virtualenv my_env". This will install standalone Python and pip.
Then just activate this environment by : "source my_env/bin/activate"

You will see output as shown below :

Can you see (my_venv) before machine name? This shows that your venv is successfully activated.
For deactiving venv just type "deactivate" and press enter.

Last step is to just type "pip install django" and it will install latest version of django.
