TEST 1: With closure function inside the function let count is modified within makeCounter and called by counter()

console.log(counter1); (function is executed with (), without it just returns what is stored within, and the fuction is not executed)

console.log(makeCounter()); (This does the same which is weird)

TEST 2: No closure

TEST 3: If we make a new counter is calls the function but starts over! Apparently counter1 and counter3 are instances of makeCounter()

TEST 4: If we go back to counter1, it continues
